Church Administrative Committees

Lay Leadership Committee
The Lay Leadership Committee intentionally seeks to discern specific needs of the church, and creates a process to invite, train and support leaders necessary in fulfilling the mission and priorities of the church.

Stewardship Committee
The Stewardship Committee believes that the act of giving is a critical part of Christian living. Together with the congregation, the committee develops and creates opportunities such as the annual pledge campaign, that enable us to live out our faith as children of God – which includes being faithful stewards of the blessings that have been entrusted with us through God’s grace.

Pastor-Parish Relations Committee (PPRC)
The primary role of the PPRC is to act as a “bridge” between the congregation and the staff. One of its primary tasks is to support our pastor and other staff so that they can work effectively in managing the ministry of our congregation.

Additionally, the PPRC is also the link to the external United Methodist community. We represent the voice of Calvary Church and participate in the activities and decisions that impact the entire United Methodist community.

Trustees
The Trustees oversee the financial well-being of the church and its facilities and ministries.
