Book Club
The Book Club meets every 1-2 months to review and discuss selected books in the church Parlor. Some of the books reviewed include The Book Thief, The Secret Life of Bees, The Shack, Three Cups of Tea, and The Red Tent. We recently finished The Help by Kathryn Stockett, and The Gurnsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Schaffer and Annie Barrows.
Our book for April is Rocket Boys (a.k.a. October Sky) by Homer Hickman. We will be meeting to discuss this book during the last week of April.
Wednesday Morning Bible Study
Wednesday morning bible study is offered each week at 10:30 a.m. in the church Parlor. The group “wrestles” together with scripture, history, experience and spiritual life. All are welcome to join in this dynamic and challenging discussion.
